I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists UK, an independent and non-profit making organisation maintaining high standards of practice and dedicated to excellence in Reflexology.

During my 36 years’ extensive experience as a registered nurse and midwife I have been struck how the power of touch alongside medical treatment can make so much difference to people’s recovery and sense of well being. That is why I love Reflexology and why I decided to become a therapist. It is a gentle but powerful treatment that works solely through touch and also treats clients holistically, i.e. looking at the whole person, not just the symptom. After a reflexology treatment my clients invariably state that the treatment was ‘so relaxing’ and that they generally feel better in themselves.

I have been lucky enough to live in Ashwell for over thirty years and have found it to be a wonderfully supportive and caring community. It is with this in mind that I decided to set up my practice here in Ashwell, to continue with this ethos of offering support; through reflexology treatment.
